I came into Central Car Care for an oil change, and on the way there my A/C blew only hot air. Living in Phoenix with no A/C is no way to live at all. The gentleman in the front, Jordan, had taken care of me to the fullest extent to make sure I knew what I was paying for to fix my A/C, was very clear and concise, and understood what I needed. Jordan understood my frustration with this problem that had arisen but took it upon himself to make sure that I could go home with the peace of mind that my car would be in good hands. Not to mention, the parts arrived extremely quickly, resulting in my car being done by 3 p.m. the next day. Overall satisfied with my service, and I will be coming back in another 5k miles to get my oil change done.
